Two rhino calves have been found dead at Chitwan National Park.
National park officials said a two-year-old calf was found dead on Rapti riverbanks and a four-month-old near Tamor Taal, adding both died due to natural causes.
A total of 18 rhinos have died at the national park in one year.
One-horned rhinoceros is an endangered species and is sought after by poachers for its horns.
Despite a significant decrease in poaching incidents in recent years, the number of rhinos dying due to natural causes, in-fighting, and other accidents has increased.
