Dhankuta

Eight passengers were injured in a jeep accident at Kusetar in ward 3 of Sangurigadhi Rural Municipality, Dhankuta, on Sunday night.

Police said the driver lost control of the vehicle at 10pm while heading to Dhankuta from Taplejung and fell approximately 10 feet from a culvert.

The injured are receiving treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan.
