Man arrested on rape charge

Police arrested a 51-year-old man from a Bhedetar-based hotel on the charge of rape.
The suspect, a permanent resident of ward 11 of Biratnagar Metropolitan City, allegedly raped a 15-year-old on Sunday night.
The accused lured the teenager into visiting Bhedetar and committed the crime, according to police.
“The suspect was arrested after the victim lodged a complaint. Detailed investigation is going on into the case,” said Police Inspector Hom Prasad Adhikari.
