The District Police Office in Sunsari safely rescued an abducted boy after 10 hours of his abduction in Sunsari district.
The seven-year-old boy was abducted from Jhumka Bazaar in Ramdhuni Municipality on Monday.
Police detained a 35-year-old man of Dhanpuri Rural Municipality-3 in Saptari district in connection with the incident.
“The child was handed over to his guardian after carrying out his health check-up. Detailed investigation is underway into the case,” said Deputy Superintendent of Police Nabin Krishna Bhandari.
