Churchill Institute wins two academic honours at GLOBE Summit in Thailand
The Nepali-owned Australian institute was recognised for research contributions in hospitality and tourism.

Churchill Institute of Higher Education, an academic institution based in Parramatta, Australia, received two awards at the 2nd GLOBE Summit: Global Leadership in Hospitality and Tourism Management, held in Phuket, Thailand, from June 21 to 23.
The institute won the ‘Best Conference Paper’ award for a research paper by Siddharth Jain, Syed Mahmood Ahmad, and Richard Robinson. It also received the ‘Best Presentation’ award for a presentation by Thomas Denigan, co-authored with Jain and Ahmad.
The GLOBE Summit is an international forum focused on hospitality and tourism management. This year’s edition was organised by Academia ResearchLab in collaboration with the GRAISI Foundation. It brought together researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to discuss sustainability, innovation, and leadership in the sector.
Churchill Institute has recently increased its engagement in academic research in hospitality and tourism across the Asia-Pacific region, the institute said.
