Sixit Bhatta, CEO of Tootle, a ride-sharing app, was arrested on charge of fraud.
According to Superintendent of Police Kumud Dhungel, also spokesperson at the Kathmandu Police Circle, Bhatta was taken into custody on Thursday evening.
A complaint has been filed against Bhatta by his own partners, accusing him of cheating them in connection with the copyright of the company.
