Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport will be closed for five hours on Thursday, from 1 am to 7 am.
The airport said in a press statement that domestic and international flights will be affected due to the installation of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system, the device that allows a computer to keep running for at least a short time when power is interrupted.
The airport has also requested the passengers to contact their airline company and make arrangements for the flight at that time.
