An officer at the District Land Reform Office in Morang was arrested on bribery charge on Sunday. A team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) caught non-gazetted first class officer Damodar Khatiwada from his office with Rs 30,000 bribe. Khatiwada had allegedly received the amount from a service seeker.
