Preparations for Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s upcoming India visit are picking up pace. While the Foreign Ministry has penciled in August 17-19 for the visit, the exact date has yet to be ascertained.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Krishna Bahadur Mahara coordinated a meeting with ministers and government secretaries on Sunday
at the ministry where they discussed the status of various Indian-funded projects.
Energy Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi said various ministries presented the status of Indian-funded projects along with possible new projects that could be discussed during PM’s visit.
