Three persons were injured when a boulder crushed a cottage at Bangabagad in Mahakali Municipality-4 of Darchula district on Thursday morning.
Police said the boulder had dislodged from a slope as a result of landslide and rolled down straight to the cottage of Suraj Singh Atawal, injuring. Harak Singh Mahata, Kashi Datta Bhatta and Gorai Dhami.
The trio was taken to the District Hospital. Meanwhile, five families in the area have been as a result of threat posed by the landslide.
