A person was killed in an elephant attack at Baraha municipality – 6 here in Sunsari on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as a local resident, Ram Bahadur Magar, District Police Office, Sunsari stated.
The elephant straying from the Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve attacked Magar. His body has been sent to the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan for a post-mortem examination. RSS
