Six persons were killed and in separate road accidents in Dhading, Kanchanpur and Arghakhanchi districts in the last two days.
A Jhapa-bound bus overturned at Dhading’s Benighat in on Wednesday night, killing the driver Kamal Dhungana and his assistant Nabaraj Siwakoti.
Similarly, a Mahindra Scorpio SUV crashed at Gajuri in Dhading on Thursday morning, killing Bishnu Kumari Sharma of Kapilvastu.
In Kanchanpur, a motorcycle crashed into an irrigation canal at Bhimdutta Municipality-11 on Wednesday, killing Manoj Panta and Dambar Panta of Darchula.
In Arghakhanchi, a jeep plunged 200 metres down the road at Kudapani on Thursday. Driver Tara Bahadur Khatri, who was seriously injured, died at Tansen Mission Hospital during treatment.
