At least 31 persons were injured in a bus-truck collision at Khatauti in Jogimara of Dhading district along the Prithvi Highway on Saturday.
According to police Inspector Barun Bahadur Singh of the Area Police Office, Gajuri, the bus (Na 5 Kha 502) heading towards Kathmandu from Mahottari collided head-on with the truck (Na 6 Kha 124) at around 6 am today.
Among the injured, three are said to be in critical condition. They have been taken to Kathmandu for treatment while others are undergoing treatment at the Malekhu-based community hospital.
It has been learnt that most of the injured are the passengers of the bus.
