Update: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section, which was obstructed following a massive landslide at Charkilo in Chitwan district, will be opened after removing landslide debris from 4 am on Thursday.

Landslide obstructs Narayangadh-Muglin road section

A massive landslide has obstructed the Narayangadh-Muglin road section at Char Kilo on Wednesday.

According to engineer Shiva Khanal, the landslide obstructed the highway from 3:30pm today. He said the clearance of the debris has not been initiated yet as landmass has been continuously falling on the road.

Due to the road block, hundreds of vehicles have been left stranded on the highway.
