Sunday’s meeting discussed on recent political developments, with some leaders raising questions over government’s commitment to amend the constitution.
While the meeting would continue from 3pm on Monday, the leaders were for furnishing ultimatum to PM Dahal and revive the struggle plan which was stalled after government’s commitment.
According to a leader of Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal Keshav Jha, the leaders have said that stalling Parliament meeting for 11 days the government has ignored the Gathabandhan’s demands and therefore the Gathabandhan should continue with the struggle plan.
“Before taking the decision on struggle, the leaders also suggested to furnish ultimatum to PM Dahal,” he claimed.
Since the whole country is busy with the local polls, the Gathabandhan will have no business as the government could not create environment for them to join the polls, Jha said.
