Speaking during the special hour of the Parliament, Sanghiya Samajwadi Forum Nepal parliamentary party leader Ashok Rai said that the Morcha will obstruct all parliament proceedings unless the government implements the 3-pt agreement.
The Sanghiya Gathabandhan Federal including the SLMM had expressed concern over the ignorance on part of the government to register the amendment proposal in the house even within the timeframe that it unilaterally announced.
A meeting of the Gathabandhan held at SSFN office in Tinkune on Thursday has decided to take to the streets if the constitution amendment bill was not registered by coming November 15.
