China has abruptly shut down the Korala border point citing security concerns on Thursday.
The Chinese side of the border point that was opened for 25 days for business has been closed on the 16th day. The Chinese officials will seal the border on their side from 5 pm today.
With this the business conduction around the area has been halted.
As per an agreement between Nepal and China the northern border point was opened for business on June 15 for 25 days.
