Jay Krishna Goit-led armed outfit group, Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (Revolutionary), has taken the responsibility of IED blast carried out behind the residence of Laxmi Devi Shrestha at Saptari district headquarters Rajbiraj-6 on Tuesday.

In a press statement issued today, JTMM-R Coordinator Goit admitted that the bomb explosion was carried out to pay tributes to his innocent cadres allegedly murdered by the state.

An improvised explosive device (IED) was detonated behind the house of Shrestha at 4:20 pm on Tuesday. However, the blast caused no loss, police said. Police personnel have been mobilized to search for those involved in planting the IED, said Superintendant of Police (SP) at Saptari District Police, Bhim Prasad Dhakal. RSS
