Electric shock claims woman
A 25-year-old woman died of electric shock at Basantatar in the district on Sunday. Police identified the victim as Narimaya Magar of Basantatar-1.

The victim, who sustained serious injuries while charging her cell phone, died on her way to the hospital. It is suspected that the incident happened due to a sudden high voltage.
