“How can a police officer talk to the media discussing who are his favourites? Kharel is trying to be involved in politics in uniform,” Basnet said while speaking at a press meet organised at the party’s district office in Banepa on Tuesday. Basnet said Kharel’s working style will violate the ‘chain of command’ in police and may promote anarchy in the organisation.
