Gold, silver prices fall in domestic market

Gold and silver prices declined in the domestic market on Friday compared to Thursday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs291,000 per tola, while silver is trading at Rs4,710 per tola.
On Thursday, gold was priced at Rs295,200 per tola and silver at Rs4,980. On Wednesday, fine gold was traded at Rs304,700 per tola and silver at Rs5,600. On Tuesday, gold stood at Rs290,300 per tola, while silver was traded at Rs5,335.
International media reports said gold was trading at $4,828 per ounce in the international market on Friday, while silver was priced at $74 per ounce.
