Arju Rice launches Everest aromatic super long grain rice
For the past few years, Arju Rice Mill has been collaborating with thousands of farmers on more than 4,000 bighas of land in Morang, Sunsari and Jhapa in eastern Nepal.

Arju Rice Mill on Friday announced it would launch aromatic super long grain rice produced in Nepal.
The mill promoted by aviation tycoon Birendra Bahadur Basnet said that the super long grain rice produced in collaboration with farmers has a length of 17.46 mm while cooked. The brand has been named Everest aromatic super long grain rice.
The company said that the price is yet to be unveiled but it may be around Rs175 per kg.
Basnet said, “We have worked hard to buy paddy from Nepali farmers.” For the past few years, Arju Rice Mill has been collaborating with thousands of farmers on more than 4,000 bighas of land in Morang, Sunsari and Jhapa in eastern Nepal.
