Unilever Nepal on Tuesday handed over a cheque of Rs10 million, along with relief materials, to the Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund to aid the disaster-struck community.
“We have seen grievous scenes and felt the pain of human loss and destruction while delivering immediate relief such as tents, blankets, medicines, dry foods, Horlicks and soup on the very next day of the earthquake in the two affected districts,” the company said in a statement.
Unilever Nepal stands in solidarity with the affected families and the nation in this time of grief, the company added.
