Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC) on Monday sealed the production plant of Nanglo Bakery in Sanepa, Lalitpur on charge of selling unhygienic product. The production plant was also found to have been operating without licence.
DFTQC Purna Chandra Wasti said they found the bakery products unsafe for consumption.
According to him, they cross checked the outlets and production plants of Nanglo Bakery in Thaiba and Sanepa after receiving complaints from the consumers.
