A 16-year-old boy died when a tractor fell off the road at Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality in East Rukum on Thursday. According to the District Police Office, the tractor—en route to Kol village from Taksera—fell some 300 metres down the road after it skidded on the snow at Garkhanu village. Bismat Gurung of Panchase village in Bhume Rural Municipality-1 died in the incident. Meanwhile, Dilip BK of Athbiskot Municipality in West Rukum—who was injured in the accident—is receiving treatment at the District Hospital in Salle. (RSS)
