The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a case at the Special Court against Kosh Hari Niraula, chief of District Attorney Office, Rupandehi, on charge of demanding a bribe from a service seeker. Niraula demanded a service seeker for Rs 80,000 to settle a case. The CIAA has also arrested Purna Chandra Aatreya, computer operator at the Company Registrar Office, Tripureshwor, on charge of receiving a bribe of Rs 7,000 from a client. He is under investigation, a CIAA official said. (RSS)
