Nepali Congress (NC) leader Arjun Narsingh KC has said the party would move ahead mending past mistakes.

Addressing the third convention of Nepal Press Union Kathmandu Sankhu chapter on Saturday, KC stressed the need for correcting weaknesses within the party.

He added that the government was not moving on the right path of development while assessing its performance during nine months.

He also criticised the government for its recent move to stifle free press. The convention elected an 11-member committee under the leadership of Gaurinath Shrestha.
