Police arrested a man on charge of raping a teenage girl in Kapilvastu district on Wednesday. According to police, Khem Bahadur BK of Karauwa in Shivaraj Municipality-1 was arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl. Investigation into the incident is underway, police said. (PR)
