A team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Sunday arrested Krishna Prasad Subedi, chief administrative officer of Tokha Municipality, while accepting Rs100,000 bribe from a client.
The CIAA team caught him red-handed accepting the sum in the process of making payment of bills for a road constructed by a consumer committee.
