Province 2 Chief Minister Mohammad Lalbabu Raut on Sunday said it is difficult to run the provincial government due to a lack of provincial police administration and employees.
In a Province Assembly meeting, CM Raut said the central government has not helped the provincial government to endorse three bills, including a Provincial Police Act. “The central government should not interfere in the affairs of provincial and local governments,” said CM Raut, disclosing that the central government has been exerting pressure to halt a bill regarding provincial police act.
