A group of miscreants has torched an excavator used at a limestone mine at Kolar, Shaktikhor in Kalika Municipality of east Chitwan.

The arson attack reportedly took place at 4am on Saturday. Deputy Superintendent at the Chitwan District Police Office Prabhu Prasad Dhakal said cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN were behind the arson attack on the excavator.

They kept some inflammable material near the driver’s seat and set it on fire. (RSS)
