Home Secretary Prem Kumar Rai, Home Minister’s advisor Surya Prakash Subedi, Inspector General of Police Sarbendra Khanal, Inspector General of Armed Police Force Shailendra Khanal, Chief of National Investigation Department Dilip Regmi and Deputy Inspector General of Police Thule Rai, Chief of Narcotic Control Bureau of Nepal Police were among those present at the discussion.
