Two staffers of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Jaleshwor, were caught red-handed with bribe on Wednesday.
A team of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested Lal Babu Pandit and Babu Saheb Singh. The duo was caught red-handed while they were receiving Rs 30,000 kickback from a service seeker for the electricity meter.
