A missing boy, aged 8, was found murdered at Kamala Municipality in Dhanusha district on Sunday. 

Police said Raman Sah, the son of Pramod Sah, resident of Kamala-8, was found dead a day after he was reported missing.

The boy’s murdered body was found near the village. Investigation is underway, said Superintendent of Police Chakra Bahadur Singh.

There were bruises and scratches all over the body.

Police suspect the assailants abducted the boy and later murdered him. Authorities transferred the body to Janakpur Hospital for postmortem.  (PR)
