Kathmandu
The United States of America and Bangladesh have separately congratulated newly appointed Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
“We look forward to continuing our work with the new government to build a more democratic, prosperous, and stable Nepal,” US Ambassador to Nepal Alaina B Teplitz wrote on Twitter.
Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina said in her message: “The citizens’ trust placed in you for the second time demonstrates the high evaluation of your efforts for their welfare.”
Stressing that Bangladesh shares an excellent and cordial relationship with Nepal, Hasina said, “I look forward to closely cooperating with you for assuring peace and prosperity for the peoples of our region.”
