A teenager, who was critically injured after being hit by a tractor in Balawa Municipality, Mahottari, on Friday, died while undergoing treatment at Biratnagar-based Golden Hospital on Saturday. Police identified the deceased as 14-year-old Ranjit Yadav Tikuliya of Balawa-7. 

The tractor heading towards Tikuliya from Banauta had hit Yadav and left him for dead. Police has apprehended the tractor driver, Saroj Mahato, after the incident.
