A 29-year-old man hacked his father to death following a family dispute at Tulsipur Sub-metropolis-8 in Dang on Sunday night.
Tej Bahadur Chaudhary of Dudhena killed his father Baburam Chaudhary, 52, with a Khukuri, said police.
Tej Bahadur had hanged his father’s body in the kitchen to portray his death as a suicide, police said.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Sapkota said Tej Bahadur was arrested after the incident. (PR)
