A team from the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested a senior non-gazetted officer of Bhaktapur Land Revenue Office for taking bribe.
Dev Raj Kafle was caught red-handed from the office basement with Rs 100,000 bribe on Thursday.
Kafle had allegedly demanded the money for transferring ownership of a land based in Surya Binayak Municipality-1. (PR)
