An improvised explosive device (IED) went off in front of the house of Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) leader Sharat Singh Bhandari in the district at 2 am on Sunday.
No human casualties or property loss have been reported however, said Superintendent of Police Kuber Kadayat, adding that investigations were on. Security has been tightened in the district following the incident, he said. RSS
