A bomb disposal team of Nepal Army on Friday disposed of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted targeting the Nepali Congress General Secretary Shashanka Koirala's election publicity office at Dumkibas in the district.

According to CDO Shambhu Prasad Marasini, a suspicious object that looked like bomb was deactivated by NA.

Police have stated that the persons involved in the incident are yet to be confirmed. RSS
