American man dies as bike hits pick-up van in Jyatha

An American man died after a motorbike he was riding on hit a parked pick-up van at Jyatha in Kathmandu on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Rober Grober.
Police said that the bike (Ba 58 Pa3718) hit the pick-up van (Ba 14 Cha 4996) at around 5 pm yesterday.
Grober, who was critically injured in the incident, was rushed to the Maharajgunj-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) where he breathed his last during the course of treatment on Friday morning.
Police said that they have impounded the both the vehicles and arrested the driver of pick-up van for investigation. RSS
