Police on Sunday arrested a 46-year-old man in possession of two muskets from Nilkantha Municipality-13 in the district.

Kul Bahadur Thapa of Khurpekhola was detained as he was carrying the weapons without license, said police.

The local administration has urged all to handover weapons even if they have license in view of the upcoming federal and provincial elections scheduled for November 26 and December 7. (PR)
