Man killed in Jhapa elephant attack
A man was killed in a wild elephant attack at Satar Basti in Bhadrapur Municipality-10 of Jhapa district on Tuesday.

A man was killed in a wild elephant attack at Satar Basti in Bhadrapur Municipality-10 of Jhapa district on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Durga Bahadur Katuwal of Bhadrapur Municipality-9.
Police said that the wild elephant attacked him while he was driving away at herd of elephants that had come from the nearby Charali forest yesterday evening.
Katuwal, who was critically injured in the attack, breathed his last during the course of treatment at the Mechi Zonal Hospital, police said.
