Prez nod to army use for election security
President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Wednesday approved the government request to mobilise the Nepal Army for security during the upcoming federal and provincial polls slated for November 26 and December 7.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Wednesday approved the government request to mobilise the Nepal Army for security during the upcoming federal and provincial polls slated for November 26 and December 7. According to the Office of the President, the approval to that effect was granted as per Article 66 (2) of the constitution. (PR)
