Police arrested three persons in possession of 15 kg marijuana in Mahottari district on Sunday. The marijuana was seized from a Manara-bound night bus at Gadanta Chowk. Harilal Moktan, 32, of Hetauda-12 in Makwanpur, and two bus staffers were held for investigation, said police. Moktan, who is believed to be a drugs smuggler, had tried to flee upon seeing police.
