A woman died after falling off a moving jeep in Chiurane in Naugad-5 of Darchula district.

Kalawati Thagunna, 45, fell from a jeep (Ma 1 Ja 597) bound for Selabagad from Dethala, police said.

According to District Police Office Darchula, the woman came out after the door of the jeep opened suddenly and fell some 100 meters down from the road. She died on the spot.
