When life seems unfair
Health is best defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Health is best defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. We all visit a doctor when we are in physical pain, but what about emotional pain? Who is supposed to cure that? Emotional disturbances are at times way more painful than physical ones. They say life never stops teaching, but who wants to learn the hard way?
Sometimes, it seems so unfair and totally against you when nothing works the way you thought they would. It may be anything; maybe low marks, job dissatisfaction, career issues, losing a loved one or just loving the wrong ones, anything. But yes, we all have different ways of reacting to such situations. Some minds are strong, but most are sensitive. It’s totally okay to be vulnerable. Its okay to grieve; and we all, both men and women, are allowed to cry. Remember, crying is the first sign of life, and it has nothing to do with gender.
Just because you made a mistake, failed or were emotionally broken doesn’t mean your life stops there. We all make mistakes, and we all regret them; but if we don’t regret, how will we learn, and if we don’t learn, how will we grow? It doesn’t happen overnight; it takes time. It’s not as easy as writing this, and not everyone you meet is supportive. People always have big mouths, and it totally depends on you whether you believe in their opinions about you or are wise enough to believe in yourself.
The other reason how we spoil our inner peace is comparison, betrayal being another killer. Of course, we get depressed with people. But are they so powerful that they can rule our mind? Be it your boss, your teacher, your lover, ex-lover, your best friend or even a family member. You never need people who don’t need you. If they are happy without you, let them be that way. Once they get toxic, be powerful enough to show them generosity.
To make something of yourself, you have to know how it feels to be treated like dirt. Life makes you go through some really bad days so you are hungry for good days which will definitely come your way if you are patient enough to wait for them. Take your time, trust your life, and be patient. Don’t run away from it, face it and learn from it, and believe that whatever is meant for you will never cross your way. It will come and then stay. Meanwhile, just keep going and don’t believe in people who don’t believe in you. When life seems unfair, remember it’s going to make a U-turn really soon, and I guarantee you it is going to be beautiful. Stay healthy mentally, socially and physically, pretty souls!
