Two boys drowned in the Kandra River of Kailali on Friday.

The deceased have been identified as Suresh Singh Kathayat, 15, of Ghodaghodi Municipality-10 and Suresh Dhami, 10, of Masta, Bajhang, who had been staying at his maternal uncle’s house at Ghodaghodi Municipality, according to the District Police Office, Kailali.

The boys had ventured into the river to take bath at around 5 pm yesterday, it has been learnt. RSS
