Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has appointed legal practitioner Keshav Raj Joshi as his personal aide. Joshi was working as Deuba’s aide and had been looking after parliamentary party affairs of the Nepali Congress. Joshi’s facilities will be on par with other government secretaries, it is learnt. Earlier, PM Deuba had appointed Dinesh Bhattarai as his foreign affairs advisor and Govinda Pariyar to the post of press coordinator. The PM is yet to announce his political and economic advisors.
