A person who fainted while travelling on a passenger bus from Bagai area of Madi to Narayangadh has died.

Durgadatta Bhatta, a local of Madi municipality – 9, died in course of treatment at Bagauda Hospital on Monday. She had fainted on the bus in the afternoon of July 10, according to the Area Police Office, Madi.

Bhatta was found unconscious after all the passengers had disembarked from the vehicle. She was then rushed to the hospital, said CPN (UML) Madi Town Committee Chair Naradmani Poudel. Bhatta is a member of the committee.

Her body will be kept at the Bharatpur Hospital until her children arrive from abroad for the final rites. RSS
